Official Retro Graphic T-Shirt
This is where it all began. In 1972, Malcolm McLaren asked Great Alternative Stores to produce a set of graphic tees for the legendary 1972 Wembley Rock n Roll Show — one of the most iconic live events in British music history. We had less than a week, no design brief, and a basement full of ambition.
Using hand-cut stencils, we printed the screens ourselves and ran three 24-hour ghost shifts to cure the shirts with hand irons — then delivered them straight to the stadium. Rock n Roll lives.
This faithful reproduction captures the raw energy of that original print. No Photoshop. No shortcuts. Just the real thing.
