Shipping policy
GAS T-Shirts products are made to order. Please allow time for your items to be produced before they are dispatched. Production time and carrier delivery time are separate: selecting a faster shipping service does not shorten production time.
Made-to-order production and dispatch
Over the past 12 months, the median time from placing an order to fulfilment was approximately 9 calendar days. This is a guide based on previous orders, not a guaranteed dispatch deadline. Production times can vary, particularly during busy periods or for larger orders.
Carrier transit begins after dispatch, not when you place your order. Please allow additional time for delivery after your items have been produced.
UK delivery
Our UK delivery service is listed at checkout as “UK Courier”. The current rate is £3 for eligible orders up to £50.
Delivery time after dispatch depends on the carrier. We do not promise a fixed arrival date, so please contact us before ordering if you need your items for a particular occasion.
Wholesale delivery
Free UK delivery is available through the “Wholesale” shipping rates for order totals from £250 to £1,250, and for orders of £1,251 or more. Made-to-order production time still applies to wholesale orders.
International delivery
International shipping is available to eligible destinations shown at checkout. Our current international service is named “Express International”, with rates of £16.99 for our North America shipping zone and £11.99 for the United Arab Emirates.
“Express International” refers to the shipping service after dispatch, not express production. Delivery time varies by destination and can be affected by carrier operations and customs processing. We do not guarantee an international arrival date.
Shipping availability and charges
Available shipping services and the applicable charge are shown at checkout for your delivery address and order value. If no shipping option appears, please contact us before placing your order.
